Blythe Energy Project, Blythe, CA, 2002

1. 520 MW natural gas fueled combined cycle facility. Provided Electrical and Mechanical permitting services for Siemen’s Energy and Automation. These services were directed at the California Building Official from the California Energy Commission. Siemens built all of the control modules for two gas turbines, one steam turbine, three generators, facility MCC’s and the cooling towers.
2. In addition, we provided UL (third party) certification of all modules.

1. Developed (7) 50MW Pratt & Whitney FT-8 Twin Pac, gas turbine generator projects as part of the California Independent System Operator’s, Summer Reliability Program. Obtained 10 year capacity contracts the California Department of Water Resources.
2. (4) Sites in San Diego Gas and Electric territory, (3) sites in Pacific Gas and Electric’s territory. Each site had gas compression, water treatment, inlet fogging and SCR.
